1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 1 to 5 days of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 21 days to reach your doorstep.
Our original design products are printed and shipped within 3-5 days of ordering and arrive 1 to 3 days after (all in all, you can expect them to arrive 4-8 days after purchase). Original design products include our shirts, totes, and face masks.
2. What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with an address to send the item to. Once the item is recieved and verified, we will process a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We encourage customers to cancel orders prior them shipping out. You cannot cancel an order after it ships out. At this point, you will have to wait to receive the item and then request a refund and return the item.
If you submit a cancelation request before the item ships out but we do not process it before your order ships out, you may receive the order but we will cancel the fee. In these cases, we ask that you recycle, donate, or just go ahead and enjoy the item.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order, send us a picture and let us know and we will gladly give you a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will make it right.
